Day 53 - Momentous!

Today was such a memorable day! I met my boyfriend for happy hour at Cafe Trio overlooking the most beautiful fountain in Kansas City spouting blue water to cheer the Royals on for vistory in the playoffs - on a perfect fall day!

The Cubs beat the Cardinals at Wrigley Field to advance to the NLCS and Robin sent me this picture because she was there!  

Robin has been the biggest Cub fan since she was born so no one deserved to be there more! 

I came home to find the sweetest gift from my dear soul sister Julie in the mail along with a lovely note. Every day I feel like the most blessed person in the world to have such wonderful people in my life. 

Fingerless gloves handmade from recycled sweaters. I LOVE them already! My hands are ALWAYS cold!
